Salim Ali is a seasoned Professional Engineer with 20 years of experience in New Product Development, R&D, and Project Management. Seventeen of those years were dedicated to Product Safety and Reliability, while the last three focused on Aircraft Cyber Security.

Throughout his career, he has contributed to numerous new product development projects across Aerospace, Automotive, Medical Device, and Defense sectors. He has deep expertise in safety standards such as ARP 4761, ISO 14971, and IEC 61508, and extensive experience interfacing with certification authorities, including Transport Canada (TC), the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), and TÜV SÜD. In the Aerospace industry, Salim represented an OEM in the Aerospace Cyber Security Standard Development Working Committee.

Salim holds a Master’s Degree from the University of Western Ontario, Canada, and a Bachelor’s Degree from the National Institute of Technology, Trichy, India. He is a certified Functional Safety Engineer and a registered Professional Engineer in Ontario. Passionate about cutting edge emerging technologies, driven by intellectual curiosity, and committed to lifelong learning, Salim thrives on innovation and excellence.

Ramandeep brings a wealth of experience with 5 years in the industry, including 3 years in Functional Safety Engineering and 2 years in Automotive Manufacturing Engineering. With a robust education and industrial engineering background, he has been actively involved in new product development activities for Automotive, Aerospace, and Safety Critical Systems, including requirements management, hazard and risk analysis, system safety analysis, and verification according to state-of-the-art industry standards such as ISO 26262, ARP 4761, and IEC 61508.

 

Ramandeep holds a Master's Degree from Concordia University, Montreal, Canada, and is a certified Automotive Functional Safety Professional. His working style is characterized by creativity, resourcefulness, and a strong emphasis on innovation.

System Safety Analyst

Harshal brings expertise in Aerospace System Safety, Material Science, and Industrial Automation. He specializes in the safety assessment of aerospace systems as per ARP4761, ARP 4754, RTCA-DO 178 and RTCA-DO 254. He has been involved in conducting System Functional Hazard Assessment (SFHA), Preliminary System Safety Assessments (PSSA), Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) and Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) across conventional and modern systems in AAMs. 

With a Master's Degree from Concordia University, Harshal's curiosity and interest in technology spark engaging discussions. With a solid foundation in mechanical engineering, he is dedicated to delivering creative and robust solutions. Harshal believes in making a meaningful impact from the outset and champions teamwork being crucial for achieving collective success.
